Notably, she served as the Head – HR for HSBC India, contributing significantly to the bank’s strategic human capital initiatives.

As she transitions into her new role at Standard Chartered Bank, Kapilashrami brings with her a wealth of experience and a nuanced understanding of both human capital and strategic imperatives, poised to steer the Bank towards its future endeavours.
