    TN Hari joins STEER World as executive chairman

    STEER World, which specialises in materials transformation, announced the appointment of TN Hari as its executive chairman. Hari will be in charge of planning the path forward for STEER’s engineering, life sciences and materials divisions and will ensure that these plans are put into action.

    He’ll also offer advice and assistance to the CEOs of STEER’s different businesses and the Corporate Services Group.

    Hari began his career at Tata Steel, managing HR initiatives. Later, he became vice president, IBM Daksh. In 2006, he joined Virtusa as the senior vice president and global head of HR for three years. After that, he became the managing director and global head of HR at Amba Research.

    His nextvstop was TaxiForSure.com in 2014 where he took on the role of chief people officer. Following that from 2015 to 2022, he spent the next seven years as the head of HR at BigBasket.

    Currently, Hari is a co-founder of the Artha School of Entrepreneurship. He has also co-authored seven books, showcasing his influential ideas in the business world.

      An EXCEPTIONAL brain. Not a Chairbound warrior, but an executive who got things done.
