After a two-year long association with NACL Industries, Sriniwas CR has moved to Tata Chemicals as chief human resources officer (CHRO).
Sriniwas’ professional journey began way back in 1995 when he served as placement executive, Careerist Management Consultants. Soon, he moved to Modicorp India as assistant manager-HR, where he handled plant HR for erstwhile Modi Olivetti for over two years.
From 1997 to 2000 he was associated with Bellarpur Industries as assistant manager-HR.
His next stop was Dr Reddy’s Laboratories as deputy manager-HR, Hyderabad. After a four-year stint he moved to Infosys Technologies as manager-HR for a period of two years and ten months, handling employee relations and talent engagement.
November of 2006 was witness to Sriniwas taking up the role of HR generalist manager, Dell International Services, supporting the EMEA and Canada sales business division with over 1100 employees in Hyderabad.
He was back with Infosys for a second stint in May of 2007, as senior HR manager for a period of over three and a half years.
Tata Motors roped him in for the role of head-business HR(southern region), in Jan 2011 but he soon moved on to Accenture, taking up the role of general manager-business partner HR. After almost two years of leading end to end HR service delivery effort— towards talent retention, compensation and benefits administration, succession planning, and employee engagement—or a very large business unit spread across India having a head count of over 12K employees,
Sriniwas was promoted to general manager-HR India ER and policy. This role saw him relocating from Chennai to Hyderabad. Another promotion in 2014 made him vice president-HR/India employee relations and policy. December of 2015 saw him being elevated to director-HR/ India employee relations and policy. Two and a half years into this role, he was promoted yet again to director-HR (global employee relations). From March 2021 to October 2021, he played global supply lead (talent) and by November of 2021 he had reached the position of director-HR, Accenture.
After a long and successful tenure of over 11 years with Accenture, Sriniwas CR moved to Innova Solutions as group vice president and head human resources-APAC.
It was in June of 2024 that he began his association with NACL Industries, as CHRO and vice president. Ten months into this role, he was elevated to CHRO and senior vice president at the agrochemical company.
Known to be a patient, meticulous and diligent leader with a unique ability to handle tough situations, Sriniwas CR will prove to be an asset to Tata Chemicals.
