Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting has elevated Bharat Kumar Ludhiyani to group HR head – Philippines, effective August 2026. In his new role, he will lead the human resources function for the company’s businesses in the country, including Splash Corporation and S Brands.

Ludhiyani brings over 11 years of experience across regional HR management, mergers and acquisitions, organisational integration, strategic HR business partnering and HR digital transformation.

His responsibilities in the new role include leading the people and organisational agenda for the Philippine businesses, with a focus on post-acquisition integration. Splash Corporation’s brand portfolio includes SkinWhite, Vitress, Hygienix and Maxi-Peel, while S Brands has brands such as KeratinPlus, AlcoPlus, Empress and DeoPlus.

Alongside his country-level responsibilities, Ludhiyani is also spearheading the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across Wipro Consumer Care’s international markets. The initiative involves HR digital transformation, process harmonisation and change management.

Ludhiyani has been associated with Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting for nearly a decade, progressing through several HR leadership roles. Before his latest elevation, he served as senior regional HR manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from May 2023 to July 2026. Earlier, he held the position of regional HR manager from June 2022 to April 2023.

Prior to these assignments, he spent nearly three years as M&A project manager – human resources in the Philippines, from August 2019 to June 2022, working on the people-related aspects of acquisitions and organisational integration.

He began his full-time career with Wipro Consumer Care in March 2017 as manager – HR, handling regional HR responsibilities for South India from Chennai. He had also completed an internship with the company in 2016, working on employer branding, brand-management simulation and psychometric assessment initiatives.

Before moving into human resources, Ludhiyani worked with Syndicate Bank, now part of Canara Bank, from December 2012 to June 2015. His responsibilities included retail banking operations, loan processing, deposit growth, non-performing asset recovery and customer engagement.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management Ranchi.
