Vijayaraghavan Pisharody has been appointed the vice president and CHRO of Knolskape, a simulation and gamification-based learning company, with its headquarters in Singapore. He moved from Manipal Group, where he was the country manager-Sri Lanka, for the education business.
Pisharody has joined at a time KNOLSKAPE is actively expanding its presence across the globe. He will be leading the Company’s capability building and capacity enhancement strategies, including talent management, leadership development, and learning. In the past, he has worked with various organisations, including the TATA Group, the Oberoi Group, and the Manipal Education and Medical Group, where he essayed various strategic roles over two decades.
Commenting on Pisharody’s experience across the services, telecom, retail, education and healthcare spaces, Rajiv Jayaraman, founder & CEO, KNOLSKAPE, said, “He is crucial to our overall global growth strategy. During his 12-year stint with the Manipal Education and Medical Group, Pisharody built winning teams that helped the organisation build human capability and scale. An active member of the National HR Development Network (NHRDN), Bangalore Chapter, and an executive coach with CFI, Pisharody graduated in Economics from Lucknow University and completed his post-graduation from CGU. He is also a speaker, writer, painter and an executive coach.
