Vikas Dua, former senior group leader-human resources, Concentrix, has now joined Aegis Customer Services as the vice president-human resources.
A postgraduate in business management from the Infinity Business School, a Citicorp investee, he has worked with both startups (even at a time when it wasn’t the cool thing to do), as well as large organisations, such as Wipro. In his last assignment at Concentrix, he was driving an annual hiring of over 10000 resources across six locations.
In his new role at Aegis, he will be leading the talent acquisition efforts nationwide for the high-growth India business.
Dua has a keen interest in interlocking HR and technology, and has been actively working to strengthen the HR-technology bond through multiple channels.
A firm believer in continuous education, he is eager to share and pass on the knowledge gained over the years. He has been invited to speak at various forums and universities, on HR, recruitment and leadership. An avid blogger on HR practices, his articles have been published online by reputed portals and magazines.
