After spending well over five years with Marriott International, Yoganathan AG has joined Hilton as director – human resources. This position will see him based out of Chennai.

Yoganathan has about 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Having started off his professional journey with The Lemon Tree Hotel Company as an HR trainee in 2010, he has certainly come a long way. From 2011 to 2014, he worked with Hilton Worldwide, as HR executive, before moving to Park Hyatt Chennai as assistant manager – human resources in 2014.

By the year 2018, Yoganathan joined Le Meridien Kochi, as human resources manager. Almost a year and a half later, he joined Marriott International, first in Tamil Nadu and then in Kerala. From 2018 to 2021, he served as multi property human resource manager, based out of Sriperumbudur, in the Kanchipuram district of Tamil Nadu. In October 2021, he was elevated to the role of human resource manager, based out of Kochi, Kerala. In March 2023, he was promoted to the position of assistant director – human resources. He successfully essayed the role for over ten months, before the offer from Hilton came his way. This is Yoganathan’s second stint with Hilton after a gap of about a decade.
