Zee entertainment has appointed Dheeraj Jaggi as the senior vice president-HR. Jaggi comes with an experience of around 16 years. In his new role, Jaggi will be part of the domestic broadcast business (DBB) leadership team. He will take charge as the regional head of HR operations in the western region and HR business partner of the DBB business.
Jaggi will also lead some of the strategic HR projects for the Company in domestic and international geographies.
Prior to this role, Jaggi was the senior vice president and group head of organisation & leadership development and change management, Network 18 Group. He worked with Network 18 for five years. In his 16-year long career, Jaggi has worked with some of the big names in the the IT and BFSI sectors, including Infosys, HSBC, AXA and Mahindra.
Organisational psychology, counselling, research evaluation, psychometric and sociometric assessment development, change consulting, organisation & leadership development and executive coaching are Jaggi’s forte.
With a preference to work in complex business environments and organisational spaces, Jaggi not only enjoys creating new but also re-creating the traditional to add value to the development of the organisational structure.
