Randstad India re-brands to strike a balance between tech and touch

Through an optimal combination of technological efficiency and human touch, the organisation is helping the stakeholders realise their true potential and move forward.

The race for digitisation may, at times, evoke fears of drifting the focus of organisations away from humans, and more towards technology. However, Randstad promises a remarkable balance with its new brand positioning. The HR service provider has just revamped its brand promise and positioning in India.

The new brand promise—Human Forward—is attributed to a people-first approach that the company has adopted, while recognising the key role technology plays in recruitment. The new brand promise is closely aligned to the company’s tech and touch strategy, a key pillar in its digital evolution. It speaks about how, through use of an optimal combination of technological efficiency and human touch, the organisation is helping the stakeholders realise their true potential and move forward.

Speaking about the new brand promise, Paul Dupuis, MD & CEO, Randstad India says, “Randstad as a brand has always been rooted in humanity. We put people at the centre of everything we do.  At the same time, we embrace technology as an enabler—it helps us accelerate our mission, to find the right talent for the right job, at the right time. This is the essence of our tech and touch strategy.”

He further explained that with the rapidly changing landscape of the HR services industry, the launch of the Human Forward promise will better equip the company to make a unique and meaningful difference. “Today, more than ever, clients and candidates are looking for the ‘touch’ element, and hence, this new brand promise couldn’t have come at a better time,” he adds.

Furthermore, Kartik Murugan, vice president- marketing, Randstad India says, “Human Forward is a continuation of our tradition and a verbal and visual expression of what we mean for our clients and candidates. The new brand promise reflects our enhanced proposition of shaping the world of work through effective digital adaptation. In a world that’s dominated by technology, a reminder of our humanity can be refreshing and powerful, and hence, Human Forward was born”.

Randstad Holding NV—the parent company of Randstad India, headquartered in Diemen, the Netherlands, is currently rolling out the Human Forward brand promise launch across all the 39 countries, where the brand has a presence.
