    BCCI to hire HR, marketing & sales and inventory managers

    Only Indian passport holders below 45 years of age may apply for these full-time engagements.

    The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has called upon interested candidates to apply for the positions of marketing & sales manager, inventory manager and human resource manager.

    The marketing & sales manager as well as the HR manager will be based at the BCCI headquarters in Mumbai, while the inventory manager will be posted at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bangalore.

    All three appointments will be full-time engagements.

    All candidates should be Indian passport holders and below the age of 45. They should possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English and should also be skilled in making reports and business writing.

    For the post of HR manager, applicants must have cleared a post graduate programme, preferably an MBA in HR, with a minimum work experience of seven years in a similar role, managing a database of at least 100 employees.

    For the marketing & sales role, the candidate should have successfully cleared a postgraduate programme, preferably an MBA in marketing, and is expected to have at least five years of sponsorship sales experience with renowned clients.

    Applicants for the post of inventory manager should be graduates from a recognised university with proven experience in a similar role.
