Rise India, a strategic investment and skill development company, recently announced its plans to recruit over 150 employees in the next three months for its centres across the country. The recruitment drive is in line with its long-term commitment to its business operations. The company plans to recruit across various verticals and hierarchies — faculty, business development managers and HRM operation executives.

The prominent education and training organisation executes large-scale skill development projects across the country. Through its ventures, it has succeeded in training and placing over 50,000 students in sectors, such as retail, IT, BFSI, construction, driving and renewable energy. Since its incorporation in 2012, Rise India has witnessed significant growth with an increase of over two folds in the past few years. The organisation has managed to distinguish itself from its contemporaries by operating through a unique business model.

In a short span, the enterprise has witnessed an escalated growth with employee strength of over 300 across the nation. So far, its accomplishments have included the skilling of 50,000 candidates across India, presence in over 10 states, 85 Skill development centres and smart classes in over 100 school campuses. Rise India has also established the largest ‘all women’ residential training centre at Jaipur, with a capacity of 400 students.
