Visionet Systems India (VSPL), the American technology solutions and business process management company, will increase its workforce strength in the country to 2500 by the end of 2019. It has already hired more than 800 professionals recently, taking its present workforce strength in India to 1700. It is now planning to hire about 800 more in the near future.
With its India headquarters in Bengaluru, VSPL is planning to take advantage of the growth in the market, where IT spend is expected to go up by 10 per cent in the coming year. With organisations increasingly focusing on new digital technologies, the customer demands and expectations will also rise, making it the right time for VSPL to expand. Therefore, the Company is looking at increasing its employee headcount to more than 200 per cent this year. The expansion plan is in line with the Company’s attempts to grow its current compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 30 per cent to 40 per cent.
According to Alok Bansal, MD, VSPL, “We are looking for people who are willing to push the envelope on innovation and creative thinking, who hold a winning streak and take on the most complex problems that bridge a connection with the people to lead the change. We look for self-driven employees who can grow and carve out space here for themselves.”
“The technology industry is undergoing a digital wave, and our solutions leverage artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), advanced data analytics combined with our world-class development expertise to drive measurable results faster,” he adds.
By 2020, Visionet India sees itself expanding in the enterprise mobility, retail technology, enterprise software development, and independent testing services space.
