LatentView Analytics, a global data-analytics firm, has appointed Remadevi Thottathil as its chief human resources officer (CHRO). In the new role, Thottathil is set to spearhead the company’s HR strategy, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and development initiatives.

With over 20 years of international experience, her expertise lies in talent management, organisational development, and leadership. Thottathil brings a unique blend of leadership and pioneering spirit to her role.

Prior to this, she was associated with Bahwan Cybertek as its CHRO. She joined the company in the year 2020. In this role, she led transformative HR practices that fuelled the organisation’s expansion.

She has also worked with many other companies such as Marlabs Software, ITC Infotech, UB Group, UST Global and IBS Software.

As the first woman commissioned officer in the Indian Navy to serve as an Air Traffic Control officer in military aviation, she has consistently broken barriers throughout her career. She is also a certified success and leadership coach specialising in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). A DEI advocate, she is an active supporter of women’s empowerment through various NGO initiatives.

Expressing enthusiasm on the appointment, Rajan Sethuraman, CEO, LatentView Analytics, stated, “Our people are at the heart of LatentView’s success. As we continue to lead in the analytics industry, Thottathil’s expertise in fostering inclusive cultures and aligning HR strategies with business goals will be invaluable.”

Thottathil herself shared her excitement about joining the company, saying, “LatentView Analytics has set a benchmark in aligning cutting-edge talent practices with business excellence. I am thrilled to contribute to its vision by strengthening the people strategy and driving impactful employee growth.”
