Eventus Security, the global provider of managed security services has appointed Sachin Jain as senior vice president, technology and business development, North America.

Backed by 25 years of experience, Jain began his career with Asian Paints, as a programmer and system administrator, in March, 1998. Very soon he switched to Virtual Software and Training, where he joined as a software programmer and analyst. Less than two years later, he switched once again to take on the role of project manager, iConnect Technologies, working out of New Delhi. December of 2000 saw him joining Evalueserve as global chief information officer and chief information security officer, based out of Toronto, Canada.

In September 2021 he moved to Cognyse, as chief executive officer and CTO, contributing his skills in application security, technology risk, security training, strategy, cross-functional team leadership, IT & business strategy alignment, cloud security and technology implementation.

In his new assignment at Eventus Security, Jain will support the vision for the innovation the company is bringing to the cybersecurity industry. He will offer a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to the role.

Jain’s appointment is a strategic move that marks a significant step toward accelerating Eventus Security’s expansion into the high-potential North American market.

His experience in technology leadership, cybersecurity, cloud, data and digital transformation will be valuable in leading this regional charge.

Known for his visionary approach and hands-on expertise in building secure, scalable technology solutions, Jain has been instrumental in architecting various technology-driven transformation initiatives for global enterprises.

Welcoming Sachin Jain to the Eventus Security family, Sunil Sapra, co-founder and chief growth officer, Eventus Security, said “North America presents a major growth opportunity, with its advanced digital landscape and demand for resilient security solutions” and therefore, Jain’s “extensive experience and strategic insight will be instrumental in driving our growth and meeting the region’s unique cybersecurity needs.”

Manish Chasta, co-founder and CTO, Eventus Security is confident that Jain’s “deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, business continuity, and enterprise risk management will be invaluable as we expand our service capabilities.”

Jain himself is “honoured to join Eventus Security and lead the North America expansion.” Given that “cybersecurity is now a top priority across all industries” Jain is “excited to drive impactful, resilient solutions that meet our customers’ unique needs and help them achieve their cybersecurity goals.”

Expanding into key regions including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America, Eventus Security is dedicated to building a more secure digital future through its next-gen security operations platform.
