Two years later, she moved to Continental Automotive India as HR executive. After spending two and a half years there, she decided to switch to Quintiles Technologies India, as staffing consultant.

During the period February 2016 to June 2017 she served as associate lead recruiter at Novo Nordisk.
Santhosh’s next stop was GSK where she joined as human resources manager, in August of 2017. Less than three years into this role she was elevated to talent-acquisition leader. Her stint with GSK lasted well over four years.

May of 2022 was witness to Kavya Santhosh taking up the role of senior manager-talent acquisition for the Indian Subcontinent for Philips. She stayed put there for over three years.
Zinnov appointed her senior talent acquisition leader in December of 2025.

Now, in her latest role at EssilorLuxottica, a company that designs, manufactures and distributes ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses, she will head talent acquisition for India, with primary focus on nurturing a high-performance culture and bettering the company’s hiring capabilities.

A go-getter, passionate about people and possessing excellent networking skills, Kavya Santhosh will surely be an asset to EssilorLuxottica.

    All the best, Kavya!
