Pritika Gulati has taken on the role of India HR leader at O’Reilly Auto Parts India. She moves from Amagi where she was human resources director since December 2022.

Backed by about two decades of experience, Gulati spent the initial 12 years of her career with KPMG India. She joined as executive-HR in 2010 and got promoted to senior executive-human resources in two and a half years. Another promotion in 2015 made her assistant manager-human resources. Two years later she was elevated to manager-human resources in April of 2017. By 2020 she had reached the position of associate director. It was after a long and successful 12-year association with KPMG that she joined Amagi in December of 2022. There, she spent the next three years and ten months partnering with executive leadership to scale people practices in a rapidly-growing global technology organisation. She designed and implemented talent and performance frameworks supporting organisational growth across multiple geographies. Among other responsibilities, she led workforce planning and organisation design initiatives aligned to evolving business priorities. She also strengthened leadership capability through structured manager-development and talent-review processes.

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies, Psychology and Literature from Christ University, Bangalore, Pritika Gulati went on to complete a PGDM in HR from Goa Institute of Management.

Known for her meticulousness and team play, this fast learner will no doubt be an asset to O’Reilly Auto Parts India.

HRKatha wishes Pritika Gulati all the best as she works to establish O’Reilly’s presence in India “from the ground up”, making the most of the opportunity to “build something new and be part of a company with an incredible legacy and a people-first culture”.
