The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce (FICCI) will be strengthening its employee health and wellness policy with the help of Practo, the Indian integrated healthcare company. Through this tie-up, FICCI will enable more than 520 employees and their families to opt for free online consultations with doctors across over 23 specialities. Employees will also be able to avail services, such as medicine delivery, health checkups and mental health sessions.

Dilip Chenoy, Secretary General, FICCI, shared that “Practo and FICCI management will be working closely on every step — from integrating employees to familiarising them with myriad care services.” He also revealed that the “management team will closely monitor service utilisation and provide employees with the best of healthcare services.”

Practo’s corporate health plans plans cover more than one million employees and their families that are part of the almost two million population of India. The recent collaboration with FICCI only goes to show the increasing trust in digital healthcare amidst the pandemic-induced health crisis.

Through this collaboration, employees will have easy and convenient access to high-quality healthcare services 24×7. Specialists on the panel include general physicians, gynaecologists, paediatricians, cardiologists, oncologists and neurologists.

Siddhartha Nihalani, product head, Practo, reiterates, “FICCI joining the list of over 500 corporates that use our plans shows the momentum these plans have gained and we are confident that we will be able to sustain it in the coming days.”
