The new office is designed to offer creative freedom with a focus on employee well-being and flexible work culture.

The Knot Worldwide operates a suite of lifestyle brands — that inspire, inform, and celebrate people amidst the biggest and most enjoyable moments in life — across 16 countries in North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

All employees at The Knot Worldwide have the option to work from home for the rest of the year. For those that seek in-person collaboration, the new Gurugram office for WeddingWire India employees takes into account accessibility and facilitates collaboration. It will facilitiate the hybrid form of work.

With a worldwide wedding boom, The Knot Worldwide is expecting demand for its service to surge. WeddingWire India, which was launched in mid-2017, is a wedding technology platform that connects engaged couples with local wedding professionals and wedding service providers.

As Emily Markmann, chief human resource officer, The Knot Worldwide, said, “The Indian market and WeddingWire India brand are an integral part of The Knot Worldwide’s growth strategy, and we’re excited to offer an upgraded in-person space that fosters collaboration and creativity among team members as they work to provide best-in-class wedding planning solutions for Indian couples and wedding professionals.”

All employees will be required to observe COVID protocol. The new office includes three meeting rooms, multifunctional space with ergonomically designed furniture at each workstation, and a stocked pantry.
