Meddo Health, the Indian 360-degree connected health-tech platform has hired 30 people, including senior leaders in its team, within two months. It has also revealed its plans to keep on growing and hiring.

Since its inception in 2018, Meddo Health has recorded a growth rate of 120 per cent. Having established a presence in the tier 2 and 3 cities across India, the platform has recently added 30 senior leaders, including regional heads, managers and team leaders in the operations and IT department.

Saurabh Kochhar, CEO and founder, Meddo Health said the hiring plans prove the Company’s “commitment to accelerate Meddo’s growth strategy”. He believes, “it is imperative to bring new talent to help us fuel the growth. We have added new hires with expertise in delivering strategic results and excellence.”

Meddo Health is operational in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Jaipur and Chandigarh with dedicated healthcare centres.

The four-year old health-tech platform already has more than 4,000 doctors on board.

To facilitate scalable business growth, Meddo Health has been investing resources in disrupting the healthcare industry. It is recognised as a people-centric company that has recorded an attrition rate of ten per cent in FY22.

To get the right talent, the platform also plans to explore new channels of job postings, mainly tying up with new-age HR tech platforms.

Meddo Health helps in supply-chain intermediation, which helps doctors with cost optimisation, as well as maintenance of the quality of services at the clinic. It emphasises care management, coordination and continuity of care through its holistic care-management approach. It has already served over one crore patients and curated over 500 doctors with more than 350 smart clinics and over 20 specialties.
