TresVista, the consulting and outsourcing support firm, is growing steadily in strength. The firm has reached the 1000-employees’ mark in August 2021. It expects to grow to a 2000-strong workforce in India by 2023, across its offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune.

As per the needs of the virtual world during the pandemic, the Company has integrated various seamless onboarding and recruitment processes. A delivery centre in Europe is also in the pipeline, which will be ready by 2024.

At the very start of the year itself, the Company announced bonuses for its analysts and also rolled out COVID-relief policies for its employees focusing on providing financial assistance. TresVista is planning to continue hiring quality talent over the next few years in the areas of research and investment services, business development services, human resources, marketing and corporate communications and other departments.

The Company plans to embrace a hybrid work model, giving flexibility to employees to work from home, even when the office resumes. It is gearing to invest heavily in training and developing employees by introducing apt technology to fulfil their learning and development needs.

“It has always been about the people. From 1 to 1,000, the focus has been on attracting quality talent, retaining them by providing tremendous learning opportunities and rewarding careers. Our employees come from diverse regional and academic backgrounds and experiences, and we continue to invest in comprehensive training, tools and technology to make them better professionals,” shares Sudeep Mishra, co-founder and managing director, TresVista.

Amidst the pandemic, TresVista continued to grow at a steady pace as per the average industry standards. The Company realises that it is the talent of its team that has contributed to its success. “For us, investing in the future means investing in the 1,000 unique individuals that are our team,” admits Abilash Jaikumar, co-founder and managing director, TresVista.
