Everpure has appointed Arpit Nigam as director, HR business partner, strengthening its people leadership team as the company continues to expand its global operations. Nigam brings over 15 years of professional experience, including more than a decade in human resources.
Nigam announced the appointment on LinkedIn, sharing that his first few weeks at Everpure had given him an opportunity to experience the company’s customer-first mindset, collaborative culture, and focus on innovation.
Throughout his career, he has partnered with senior business leaders across India and the US to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness, talent management, and business growth.
Before joining Everpure, Nigam served as senior manager – people business partner at PayPal, where he partnered with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives and talent management.
Prior to that, he spent nearly eight years at Amazon, holding several HR leadership roles across India and the United States. During this period, he led initiatives spanning organisational design, succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, workforce planning, employee experience, and large-scale organisational restructuring. He began his Amazon journey in Hyderabad as an HR business partner, supporting customer service operations and driving employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, career development, and community initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Nigam spent nearly three years at GSK Consumer Healthcare India, where he held multiple HR roles. His responsibilities ranged from supporting a nationwide sales workforce and leading Workday implementation and change management initiatives to managing talent acquisition, organisation development, employee engagement, and industrial relations at a unionised manufacturing facility.
He began his professional career as an Engineer – Research & Product Development at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where he worked for three years before transitioning into human resources.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Nigam has also completed the Applied Agentic AI for Organisational Transformation programme from MIT Professional Education.
