Delhi-based HR technology startup, Vasitum, which is the sister concern of Maven Workforce, began its operations recently. With its artificial intelligence (AI) tools, Vasitum aims to provide simple and convenient solutions to recruiters as well as job seekers.

Vasitum’s simple and friendly user interface (UI) makes the task of hiring and seeking opportunities very convenient. It offers real-time candidate screening and thus saves a lot of time. It will recommend jobs on the basis of 90 per cent match rate and also provide real-time updates on application development. It offers free templates to help candidates update their resumes. Its selection process is devoid of gender bias too.

For employers, it uses AI technology to pre-screen candidates in real time and allows free job posting among other features.

Its systematic and proactive application tracking system (ATS) helps evaluate the fitment for a job role and schedule interviews simultaneously.

The launch of its services comes at the right time with India’s job market set to rise by about 15-20 per cent within a year. In addition, six million fresh graduates enter the market every year seeking suitable work.
