IGP, a global direct-to-consumer multi-category gifting platform, has appointed Rohit Dangi as its chief financial officer (CFO), effective immediately. Based in Mumbai, Dangi will head the company’s finance function as IGP prepares for its next phase of growth. In the CFO role, Dangi will oversee financial strategy, planning, treasury, controllership, taxation, investor relations, fundraising, corporate development, and governance.

Dangi is a chartered accountant with over 16 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, and business leadership. Prior to joining IGP, he served in senior finance roles at Import Express and O1 India. He has also worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, and KPMG, advising businesses on financial strategy and corporate structuring. During his career, Dangi played a key role in the acquisition of Shop101 by Glance, led multiple debt and equity fundraising rounds, advised on RBI licensing for Payments Banks, and built finance and governance frameworks for high-growth companies.

Speaking on the appointment, Tarun Joshi, founder & CEO, IGP, remarked that as the company moves ahead on its growth path, strengthening its financial leadership is critical to building a resilient and future-ready organisation. He added that Rohit’s extensive experience across finance, fundraising, governance and strategic transactions would help further strengthen the company’s financial capabilities and support disciplined, sustainable growth.

Rohit Dangi expressed his delight at joining IGP during such an exciting phase of its evolution. He noted that the company has built a strong brand and a differentiated position in the gifting ecosystem. He added that he “looks forward to partnering with the leadership team to strengthen financial governance, drive operational excellence, and enable disciplined, sustainable growth”. The appointment comes at a time when IGP is expanding its presence across India and international markets and is working to strengthen its governance framework to support long-term growth.

With offices in India, Singapore, and Dubai, IGP’s platform offers flowers, cakes, plants, personalised gifts, gourmet hampers, festival merchandise and home décor.
