    Think Talent Services announces formation of advisory board

    The members include A. Sudhakar, Bhaskar Das, Richard McConkey, Taposh Chakravarty

    Think Talent Services has reached a new milestone by bringing in Advisory Board to provide insights in implementing the company’s current plans and identifying new ways to capitalize on growth opportunities.

    The members include: A. Sudhakar – currently heading the HR function at Dabur India. He has 35 years of professional experience in managing the entire gamut of Human Resources Management. Bhaskar Das – leads the leadership practice at Think Talent Services. He has held senior positions in Sutherland Global Services, Eicher, Inchcape PLC and ICI Limited with last corporate position as Global Head HR with Cognizant Technology Solutions. Richard McConkey – has 25 years of Business Consulting roles in UK, Middle East and India. Nine of these years were spent in SHL Ltd. He is also currently a regional source for conducting assessment and feedback interviews for the UN staff. Taposh Chakravarty – his expertise lies in competence development. He has over 30 years of experience in senior HR strategic/operational roles. He has worked with Eicher Group, Fujitsu ICIM and PTC with last corporate position as the Head of HR, India region for PTC Software India.

    Think Talent Services is a talent solutions company supporting organizations in areas of assessment, onboarding, engagement, performance management and people development. The solutions are tailor-made for each client to meet the challenges in an increasingly cost optimized, faster and integrated way. The advisory board will provide counsel on the above-mentioned areas.
