Vantage Circle appoints Nikhil Norula as business head for Americas

Nikhil Norula has been appointed business head at Vantage Circle, where he will be responsible for leading business growth in North America.

Norula has moved from Innoveux Canada, where he was founder and consulting partner. Since December 2019, at Innoveux, Norula was involved in creating value for the enterprise and startup industry, working with HR tech and fintech firms, to develop their product strategy and functional road map, writing cutting edge advanced computing use cases (AI/ML/NLP) and conducting elaborate market bench-marking studies. He also worked with traditional HR consulting firms, to digitise their advisory services and helped large and medium enterprises assess design, implement and measure their employee engagement, and so on.

Early on in his career, in 2007, Norula worked with Aon Hewitt as management trainee, total rewards. Based out of Gurgaon then, he handled compensation, benefits and rewards benchmarking for various prestigious clients, including P&G, Eli Lilly, IBM and DLF. He later joined Tech Mahindra’s corporate human resources. For more than three years, he successfully led workplace practices and talent management frameworks for a global workforce of 100,000 across more than 40 global locations.

In 2012, Norula joined eYantra as head – rewards, recognition and incentive solutions. During his three-year long tenure there, he co-founded the online business solutions vertical at eYantra.

It was in 2014 that Norula co-founded Peoplecart (now PossibleWorks), the employee recognition and performance-management platform, which expanded to over seven countries and onboarded several eminent Fortune 500 enterprises. He led and grew the business from pre-revenue to market leadership in Asia by 2017, before moving to Canada to help expand the America’s market.

Being an Aon Hewitt certified engagement expert, Norula has consulted over 120 companies across the globe with several of his rewards and recognition framework receiving global recognition in Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, Mumbai, Las Vegas and Toronto.

Established in 2011, Vantage Circle, the AI-driven rewards & recognition platform for employee engagement integrates employee wellness, surveys and perks. In his new role here, Norula is all set to do his bit for the growth of Vantage Circle in North America.
