Manish Dwivede has been appointed as group chief human resources officer at Allana Group, a private food and agro-commodity corporation, marking his entry into the diversified conglomerate in July 2026. With over 27 years of experience across HR leadership, organisational transformation and talent strategy, he will now oversee the Group’s entire human resources function.
In his new mandate, Dwivede will focus on strengthening leadership capabilities, driving people and culture initiatives, and advancing talent development to support Allana Group’s long-term growth and organisational excellence.
Prior to this, Dwivede served as chief human resources officer at Emami Agrotech from July 2022 to July 2026. During his four-year tenure in Kolkata, he led the complete spectrum of HR, IR and administration functions.
His career graph reflects a steady progression through large Indian and multinational organisations. He began as deputy manager (corporate HR) at Jindal SAW from December 2003 to March 2007, where he set up HR systems for greenfield projects and handled policy revamps, hiring and engagement.
From April 2007 to March 2008, Manish Dwivede was a manager-corporate HR at Ballarpur Industries (BILT) managing HR for the power and paper businesses across India and Malaysia. He then moved to VE Commercial Vehicles, a Volvo-Eicher joint venture, serving as HR business partner from March 2008 to March 2010 and later as head – corporate HR from April 2010 to December 2014.
Between January 2015 and June 2022, he was CHRO and senior vice president–HR for India and Bangladesh at DIC Corporation, managing HR, IR and CSR across both geographies.
At Allana Group, Dwivede is expected to leverage this diverse experience to build future-ready talent pipelines and strengthen the group’s people agenda.
