SELLABILITY, an Indian real estate sales and marketing mandate consultancy has named Sneha Sahasrabudhe as its new chief human resources officer. She will lead the company’s overall people strategy and organisational development agenda. Her career spans product training to people strategy, with stints across fintech, healthcare and global enterprises.

Sneha Sahasrabudhe’s professional journey began in April 2009 as a product trainer at AkzoNobel, a role she held for a year. The position grounded her in communication, facilitation and frontline employee engagement.

She then joined Chrysalis Business Consultancy as a training review executive from February 2014 to June 2016. In these two years in Pune, she supported training programmes, managed participant databases, tracked performance metrics and assisted with core HR administration.

In July 2016, she took on the role of human resources operations manager at Medistations for eight months. She was tasked with setting up the HR function, designing hiring and onboarding workflows, and running employee workshops while aligning with department heads on talent needs.

Her trajectory continued with HR leadership positions at AArete and later at EnKash, where she served as a deputy manager – human resources – from December 2021 to July 2023. In the fintech environment, she worked on talent acquisition, payroll, performance systems and HRMS implementation. She also led onboarding, exits, and engagement initiatives and conducted regular people reviews to manage attrition.

From July 2023 to November 2025, she was people manager – India at APEXX Global. During that tenure, she partnered with UK leadership to oversee performance, compliance and employee relations and introduced policies that lifted satisfaction scores by 20 per cent.

Prior to SELLABILITY, between December 2025 and July 2026, she worked as an independent fractional HR partner, helping startups with 25 to 100 employees build scalable people processes during rapid growth.

We at HRKatha wish her continued success in her new role!
