Adecco India, part of the global Fortune 500 Adecco Group, has announced a major expansion of its Global Capability Centre (GCC). The centre, which currently employs over 400 professionals, will scale up to a workforce of more than 2,500 by the end of 2025.

The Global Capability Centre plays a pivotal role in delivering finance, HR, and IT operations to support Adecco Group’s services across 60 countries. This expansion reflects Adecco’s strategic focus on strengthening its global service delivery capabilities.

As part of the growth plan, the company has also inaugurated a second office in Bengaluru. This facility will serve as a hub for technology-driven talent services, catering to a diverse client base, including multinational corporations and mid-sized firms.

Sunil Chemmankotil, Country Manager, Adecco India, described the development as a significant milestone. He noted that the investment underscores India’s importance in Adecco Group’s global operations and highlights the potential for growth in the Indian market.

This expansion will create new job opportunities for skilled professionals and enhance the company’s role in supporting workforce transformations. Adecco India’s headcount will exceed 2,500 employees, marking a substantial increase in its operational footprint.

The move aligns with Adecco’s emphasis on talent development and employee engagement, reinforcing its leadership in workforce solutions and talent management. The new GCC will act as a cornerstone for the company’s operations in India and its broader global network.

By ramping up its presence in Bengaluru and increasing its workforce, Adecco India aims to meet the evolving demands of the global job market while further cementing India’s position as a key player in the group’s strategic vision.
