Indian ominichannel platform, Fynd, is all set to expand its existing 640-strong engineering and product team. It will hire over 1200 people with expertise in the areas of python, java, node, full stack, mobile and IoS and DevOps.

About 30 per cent of this engineering talent will be hired from Ahmedabad by December 2022.

The Company, which is backed by Reliance, is looking to tap the local talent from Ahmedabad that prefers to work from their own city and not move to the bigger cities. This is good news for the talent in Ahmedabad as Fynd has a consistent payscale across India.

Farooq Adam, co-founder, Fynd, said, “With this recruitment initiative, we look forward to welcoming exceptionally talented and passionate people (including GenZ) who strive for innovation, ceaseless growth, and product-building with a problem-solving mindset”.

The Company constantly endeavours to offer one-stop, end-to-end omnichannel solutions pertaining to cataloguing, logistics, inventory management, and so on, to brands from multiple verticals.

Its clientele includes brands such as Celio, Nike, Spykar, Aldo, TCNS Clothing and so on. The platform helps create an ecosystem for retail businesses to grow and expand market influence.

In March this year, Fynd had announced its partnership with magicpin, the platform that facilitates access to local retail and connects offline retailers with offline clients.

With this partnership, Fynd’s customers can look forward to faster hyperlocal deliveries, while the platform will receive better revenues and a wider reach.
