AuthBridge Research Services has appointed Payal Aggarwal as its new vice president-human resources. In her new capacity, Aggarwal will play a pivotal role in refining talent- management processes and fortifying the firm’s dedication to fostering employee engagement and organisational excellence.
Prior to this, Aggarwal was associated with Airtel, as its lead-learning and talent management. She joined the company in February 2022. As the talent and learning lead for all B2B employees across levels in India, her responsibilities included crafting development plans, conceptualising functional and behavioural learning charters, and overseeing high-potential development initiatives.
Additionally, Aggarwal served as the National HR business partner for enterprise sales and customer experience teams. This involved managing the entire employee lifecycle and spearheading projects related to learning and career management.
With a career spanning 13 years in human resources management, Aggarwal arrives with a rich reservoir of knowledge and expertise garnered from her tenure at esteemed organisations such as InterGlobe Hotels, The Indian Express and Franklin Templeton Investments.
With exceptional communication skills, Aggarwal’s expertise lies in training and development, performance management and employee relations with a sound theoretical knowledge in various HR concepts.
