Lakshmi Tulasi Inturi has been appointed head of human resources at Wendt India. She was earlier senior strategic HRBP, HR operations, payroll and TA.
In the initial years of her career she served as account manager, Data Group and then as assistant manager-human resources, Moldtek Technologies.
In June of 2008 she served as assistant manager-HR, Ashland Inc. Over five years later she switched to LT Supercom India as HR manager, in November of 2013.
Solenis appointed her manager HR, India, in October of 2015. In less than three years, she was promoted to senior manager-HR, India.
From August 2020 to August 2023, she served a site HR lead and HRBP, Tata Consumer Products. An elevation in September 2023 made her senior HRBP, integrated finance. In this role, she played HR business partner to corporate finance, business finance, strategy and M&A, shared services, legal, internal audit, inverstor relations, communications and vending business.
It was in December 2025 that she joined Inteva.
Her experience as human resources partner and manager across industries, including FMCG, chemicals , engineering and plastic, with both manufacturing units and shared services management, will be an asset to Wendt India.
