    GD Goenka Group gets Neeta Pant as CHRO

    Her expertise in HR policy development, process optimisation, and organisational growth makes her a key asset to the Group

    GD Goenka Group has appointed Neeta Pant as its new chief human resources officer (CHRO). Her expertise in HR policy development, process optimisation, and organisational growth make her a key asset to the Group.

    Prior to this, Pant was associated with Pathways Schools Gurgaon as its head-HR. She joined the organisation in the year 2013 as its head-HR (talent acquisition & management). With over 22 years of experience in strategic HR management, she is backed by expertise in clinical psychology and social work.

    Executive coaching, strategic human resources leadership, human resources (HR) and talent management are her forte. She has also worked with companies such as Park Hospitals, Euro Group. She has freelanced with Rotary Club and also served as the vice president for the Association of Indian POSH & POCSO Consultants.

    Pant is known for her visionary leadership and strong communication skills. She has led transformative projects that improve operational efficiency and align with business goals.

    Nipun Goenka, managing director, GD Goenka Group, welcomed her appointment saying, “We are delighted to have Pant join our leadership team.     Pant actively advocates for workplace safety, focusing on preventing sexual harassment and protecting children from sexual offenses. She collaborates with NGOs across Delhi NCR to raise awareness on these critical issues.
    Pant holds dual MBA degrees in HR and Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She also holds a master’s degree in Psychology and English.
