Neetha Thomas has joined LogiNext, the logistics software company as the head-HR, after leading the HR function at Unlimit, the IoT (Internet of things) provider owned by Reliance Group.

At Unlimit, she was responsible for establishing the Company’s first global human resources strategy that aligned fully with the enterprise business plan.

Thomas comes with an experience of 15 years in human resources, which includes HR strategy & design, talent management, employee relations, corporate governance, turnaround and change management and other human resource disciplines.

Prior to Unlimit, Thomas has served as a regional HR director at Clover Qatar for two years, where she spearheaded and positioned the company for global growth and ensured complete compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, and company policy.

She has also worked with the Qatar Museum Authority as organisational development manager for over a three-year period. She then spent more than five years at Weatherford, where she grew from being a senior HR coordinator to an assistant HR manager.

Having entered LogiNext at such a crucial time, when the workforce is still settling into the new normal, it will be a challenge to keep the staff motivated through the changes taking place at the workplace and in the very manner of working.

With her strong business acumen, Thomas will drive HR management and provide the foundations and support necessary for LogiNext to continue its growth trajectory in the coming years.

The software company is focusing on investing in its HR function and its people, as these are critical to its growth plans.
