    Lopamudra Ghose joins 9X Media as head-HR

    She moves from Network18 where she was responsible for talent acquisition, talent management and retention.

    9X Media has appointed Lopamudra Ghose as associate VP and head of human resources. She moves from Network18 where she was responsible for talent acquisition, talent management and retention.

    She will report to Pradeep Guha, MD of 9X Media.

    Guha says, “Our people strategy has been a key contributor to our network’s success story. I am sure Ghosh, with her rich and diverse experience, will be of immense value to the 9X Media Group as the company enters its next phase of growth.”

    In the past, Ghosh has worked with companies, such as Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, HSBC Software Development and Reliance MediaWorks. A seasoned professional, Lopamudra holds a master’s degree in human resources.

    Ghose says, “I look forward to taking the management vision ahead and helping create an engaged team. At the same time, I would like to keep it fun and simple, in line with our company’s vision and mission.”

    An avid reader and movie buff, Ghosh enjoys fiction on the lines of crime and thrillers.
