Nilesh Dalvi, who has been with CreditAccess Grameen since 2019, has been elevated to the position of chief financial officer (CFO) of the microfinance institution.
An alumnus of CFA Institute, US and the Welingkar Institute of Management, Dalvi started off as an assistant systems engineer with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), in June 2006. Then, after completing an MBA, he joined Bank of America Continuum as credit analyst (corporate credit risk) in April 2010. A little less than three years into this role, he moved to Dickenson IR, as CEO and director, in January, 2013. For the next six and a half years, he advised and managed investor relations strategy and execution for over 50 listed companies across diverse industries.
It was in 2019 that Nilesh Dalvi joined CreditAccess Grameen as vice president-investor relations. Three years later, he was elevated to senior vice president-investor relations, corporate finance, ESG. In this role, for over two years, he successfully strengthened stakeholder confidence and ensured shareholder wealth creation.
With this latest elevation, he becomes CFO and will continue to oversee investor relations and ESG-related matters. Backed by over 16 years of diverse experience across India, the US, the Middle East and European markets, Dalvi’s expertise will continue to lead CA Grameen forward on the path of growth and success.

This chartered financial analyst (CFA) holds a financial risk manager (FRM) certification from Global Association of Risk Professionals, US, a master’s degree in finance, as well as a bachelor’s degree in electronics from Mumbai University.
