    PL Capital Group picks Priyanka Karve as VP-HR, wealth management

    Karve moves from HDFC Securities where she was assistant vice president-human resources

    PL Capital Group appoints Priyanka Karve as VP-HR, wealth management

    PL Capital Group (Prabhudas Lilladher), the Indian research-based financial services organisation, has picked Priyanka Karve for the role of vice president – human resources, (VP-HR), wealth management.

    A Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai, Karve has completed an MS in Human Resources Management from the University of Manchester.

    She spent over seven initial years of her career with Mahindra Finance, having joined as deputy manager-HR, in 2011. Over five years into this role, handling talent acquisition, she was promoted to a generalist role, as HR manager, in 2016.

    February of 2018 saw Priyanka Karve moving to HDFC Securities as senior manager-HR. Over six years later, she was promoted to assistant vice president-human resources. Since April of 2024, she has been successfully handling talent management and succession, organisation development (OD) & culture building, HR compliance & audit, talent acquisition & mapping, business partnering, strategic business support, as well as employee centricity, for HDFC Securities.

    She calls herself a results-driven and passionate strategic HR partner with experience in workforce planning, talent management, and strategic human resource leadership.

    In her new role, she will be responsible for strengthening HR strategies and supporting the growth of the wealth management division at PL Capital Group.
