Amdocs has appointed Reetu Raina as VP & global head of talent management. She moves to the multinational software and services company, from Quick Heal, where she was the CHRO.

With more than 22 years of experience in the human resources industry, Raina has come a long way transforming workforce planning and building efficiency and processes for the organisations she has worked for. In fact, it will not be incorrect to say that she is one of the very few leaders who brought diversity to the organisations she has been associated with.

Elaborating on her latest assignment at Amdocs, she says, “My role encompasses everything from the onboarding phase to the engagement and development phases of the employee life cycle. I will also help the organisation focus on the right levers to create an engaged workforce and leaders for the future”.

Environment and sustainability will also form a significant part of her responsibilities, as she works to create a more inclusive workplace for the employees.

On her immediate mandate as VP & global head of talent management, Raina shares that she will be creating a talent strategy to lead the organisation for growth, and focus on nurturing a culture of positivity at Amdocs.

She admits that while talent is present everywhere and not really restricted to one organisation or role, “the major challenge is to attract young talent and create a balance between individual employee needs and business expectations,” she foresees.

Expressing her delight at the appointment, Raina admits, “I love Amdocs. In my eyes, it is a great future-focussed workplace that believes in the capabilities of people and fosters an ecosystem of growth. For me, it is like coming back home”.
