    RepIndia gets Maitri Kaushik as group Head – HR

    Maitri Kaushik has joined digital agency, RepIndia, as group head – HR. She has moved from AdGlobal360, where she was senior manager – HR for well over a year, based out of Gurugram.

    Kaushik worked with Eldorado Consultants as an associate consultant in the initial stages of her career, for almost two years. From there, she moved to Mynd Solutions as senior executive – HR, for eight months. Her longest stint was with Dentsu, where she joined as HR manager in 2013 and over a period of six years, became senior executive – HR.

    In 2019, she joined AdGlobal360 as senior manager – HR. There, she handled HR business partnering and was tasked with implementing various HR strategies and policies in order to transform the organisational culture. She was additionally tasked with streamlining processes.

    In her new role at RepIndia, she will be responsible for the advertising agency’s HR team leadership, and developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.

    Commenting on her appointment, Kaushik says she is “fortunate to be joining such a respected company that prides itself in the quality of its services.”

    Archit Chenoy, CEO, RepIndia, who has “strong ambitions for RepIndia to transform into a truly diverse, inclusive, people driven and equitable company,” hopes that Kaushik will use her “wealth of experience in change management, talent development, operational efficiency, recruitment, with a proven ability to lead” and “play a key role in the transformation of RepIndia and its HR activities, as well as creating a diverse and passionate team.”
