There, she was involved with projects pertaining to organisational restructuring, competency design, roles and responsibilities definition, talent acquisition and management via assessment/development centres, among other HR activities.

For well over two years, she was end to end HR partner for specialised technical functions. She created and initiated on-site engagement activities and led diversity and inclusion programmes. In 2015, she was elevated to the role of HR leader, customer development organisation, consumer division.

Two years into this role, she became HR leader, sales and corporate functions, consumer division. By November 2018, she had taken on the position of HR leader, global functions and enterprise HR projects, India.

After a successful eight-year long tenure at Johnson & Johnson, Bindroo moved from Mumbai to Gurugram, to join Tata Consumer Products. She joined as associate vice president-HR, NourishCo Beverages and her last-held position was that of vice president–human resources, NourishCo Beverages.

From January 2022 to January 2024, Bindroo was back in Mumbai, as chief human resources officer, Zepto. There, she was responsible for end-to-end people and culture.
