    Samidha Mohanty is CHRO, Oasis Fertility

    After a successful tenure of over six years at _VOIS, Samidha Mohanty has joined Oasis Fertility as chief human resources officer (CHRO).

    Mohanty, an alumna of the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, began her professional journey with ICICI Prudential, where she joined as unit manager – sales and development in 2003. A year later, she moved to Infosys BPO as HR specialist – business HR. In 2007, she came to be associated with Intel as manager – employee and career development.

    Two years into this role, she was elevated to manager – learning and development, Asia Pacific (sales and marketing). By 2009, she had become the manager – career development, Greater Asia region.

    The year 2011 saw her at Aon Hewitt as senior consultant – talent, performance and organisation consulting. Less than two years later, she moved to Aditya Birla Group as programme director – global learning and development (leadership, manager and IC development). For almost three years, she successfully led the leadership, people development and business acumen and strategy programmes and interventions for senior leaders, mid-level management and junior managers. She also worked with thought leaders, top academicians and consulting firms from across the world, for design and delivery of the programmes, which were customised for business and employee needs.

    Her next stop was IDFC Bank, where she joined as associate director in 2015. For over two years, she led the behavioural learning, capability building and culture roadmap for the bank, before joining _VOIS in 2017.

    She joined _VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) as VP – HR and was soon elevated to VP- HR, capability building, _VOIS Global. Her last held position at the IT services and consulting company was that of VP- HR senior (lead) business partner technology.

    A driven HR practitioner who is passionate about people development and their growth, Mohanty holds a master’s degree in labour laws and labour welfare from Symbiosis Law College.
