Credgenics, the debt-resolution platform, has appointed Ramashis Biswas as head – human resources and administration. Biswas has moved from Shuttl where he was head – HR and administration for a year.

Biswas, who holds an MBA in leadership & strategy, operations from the Indian School of Business, began his career with Haier where he joined as management trainee, and within five months was promoted to assistant manager – human resources. There, he successfully handled talent acquisition across India for the Company, and soon his profile expanded to handle business partnering, HR analytics and strategy.

In 2012, he joined TPG Wholesale as assistant manager – human resources. There, he was responsible for developing and delivering the human capital strategy and HR results aligned to business objectives of Vishal Megamart across India. A little less than two years later, Biswas found himself at Haier, working as senior consultant – HR for a short stint of about seven months.

In 2015, he co-founded Gear Mile, where he also played COO for a year. He helped scale Gear Mile to 1000+ users and US$ 10,000 per month in revenues.

His next stop was 91springboard, where he joined in 2016, as head – human resources. As the first HR lead for 91, he was instrumental in building the HR function. During his two-year long tenure at 91, the Company grew from 80 odd team members to over 200.

This alumus of St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, has joined Credgenics — the technology-enabled platform for resolution of non-performing assets for BFSI and fintech lending — at a time when it is in the process of strengthening its leadership team. Sanchit Dayal has joined as the new chief of staff. The automation-first, analytics-focused and cost-effective platform has also taken on Sandeep Dahiya as head – engineering, and Yash Dabriwal as head – growth and strategic initiatives.

Rishabh Goel, co-founder & CEO, Credgenics, is confident that the “diverse, in-depth experience and complimentary skillsets” of the new leaders “are what we need right now”.

The Company, which was co-founded in 2018 by Rishabh Goel, Anand Agrawal and Mayank Kheraka, is “looking at more senior hires across product, data science, sales, marketing, finance and operations in the coming months.”
