KellyOCG’s Francis Padamadan is now TritonExec’s partner & global head – executive RPO

TritonExec, an executive search firm specialising in fintech and professional services, has appointed Francis Padamadan as partner and global head of executive RPO. Padmadan comes with close to two decades of experience in leading the operations and business development in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry. Before this, Padamadan was the senior director – Asia Pacific, for the RPO and BPS vertical at KellyOCG.

Interestingly, Padamadan’s entire career has been with KellyOCG. In his two-decade long career, Padamadan has served in different capacities in sales and operations, at various locations in KellyOCG.

Padamadan joined Kelly Services, India in 2002 as a consultant. Within eight years, he rose to the level of operations head, India. In 2011, he was made the director for operations, responsible for leading the Malaysia operations and sales for commercial businesses. After a year, Padamadan returned to India and took up the role of director-sales, before moving to operations as director – operation for the India business at KellyOCG.

Padamadan served as the country director for KellyOCG in India, before becoming the senior director for Asia.

At TritonExec, Padamadan will manage relationships across the business’ largest customer. He will also take the firm’s ‘Exec RPO as a Service’ offering to his network, while growing the business throughout the rapidly expanding APAC region, as well as globally.

“When I met with the leadership team at TritonExec and learned more about their unique service offering, I knew this was something I had to be part of. Traditional executive search firms are very rigid in their commercial models and processes, and therefore, don’t have the capabilities to move downstream and deliver such a service, whilst RPO firms just don’t have the competencies and knowledge to move upstream. ‘Executive RPO as a Service’ is the future of hiring, which enables companies to scale at pace” says Padamadan on his new appointment.

Expressing his delight at Padamadan’s entry, Jonathan Morris, co-founder, TritonExec, says that his “experience of running large-scale RPOs” makes him an ideal choice for the role”. According to him, it is critical for the Company to “bring someone with Padamadan’s’ expertise of large-scale operations and delivery to enable TritonExec to expand this service offering.”

With his help TritonExec hopes to “disrupt the traditional transactional nature of executive search, taking all best practices from RPO and exec search, and combining them with our processes and client experience,” adds Morris.
