    Vaibhav Raghuvanshi joins Arvind as head of HR CoEs-talent, L&D, OD

    Raghuvanshi was earlier with Aditya Birla Health Insurance as head of talent and organisation effectiveness since 2025

    Vaibhav Raghuvanshi has joined Arvind, the global textile company, as head of HR CoEs – talent management, learning & development, and organisation development. He moves from Aditya Birla Health Insurance where he was heading talent and organisation effectiveness since 2025.

    This alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), began his career as a senior executive-HR strategies with Future Group, in 2011. After spending over two years handling HR strategic planning for the Indian retailer, Raghuvanshi joined Deloitte in 2013, to look after talent management and organisation development. He dealt with the implementation of strategic projects, policies, programmes and initiatives at the national level for over two years at Deloitte before moving to Mahindra Group.

    From 2015 to 2017 he played HR business partner at Mahindra before being elevated to lead HR business partner. By January of 2020 he had reached the position of HR head-Mahindra Powerol.

    His next stop was Schindler India where he served as head of talent and development from 2021 to 2025.

    It was in February of 2025 that he began his association with Aditya Birla Health Insurance, as head of talent and organisation effectiveness.

    Now, in his latest assignment at Arvind, he will be seen leading the talent strategy across the enterprise, while also looking into leadership capability, organisational effectiveness, and learning and development initiatives.

    In his social-media post, Raghuvanshi says, “The world looks sharp because of the incredible talent here. Eager to begin working with this world-class team to drive our next chapter of growth”.
