Raymond has appointed Sarita Tripathi as the new chief human resources officer for its aerospace and precision engineering business. The appointment, strengthens Raymond’s leadership bench as it sharpens focus on advanced manufacturing and engineering capabilities.
In this role, Tripathi will lead the people and culture agenda for Raymond’s engineering business, driving leadership capability, workforce strategy, and HR governance as the group continues to scale its precision engineering and aerospace manufacturing platform. At Raymond, her mandate aligns with the company’s broader ambition to build a future-ready, high-performance engineering business anchored in strong leadership and organisational capability.
Tripathi brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, telecom, consulting, and global industrial organisations.
Most recently, she served as CHRO & president, Finolex Industries, where she led people strategy for a large, multi-location workforce across manufacturing operations. Prior to that, she was vice president & head-HR – financial services, Capgemini, overseeing HR for a workforce of over 41,000 employees across multiple global business units.
Her career spans senior leadership roles at Vodafone Idea and Vodafone, where she led culture, diversity & inclusion, communications, and employee experience. She also played a key role in the merger and integration phases. She has held leadership positions at Tata Motors, where she led HR for both passenger and commercial vehicle businesses, as well as global roles at CNH Industrial and Topaz Energy & Marine, focusing on talent, compensation, and rewards across Asia Pacific and international markets.
An alumnus of IIM Lucknow, She holds an MBA in IT & HR from the All India Management Association (AIMA).
