AU Small Finance Bank has recently announced the appointment of Vivek Tripathi as the head of HR and sustainability.
Tripathi has been with AU Small Finance Bank since 2020 when he joined as the head of human resources. Over the course of his career, he has gained extensive experience in the field of HR from various organisations, including Bajaj Finance, SBFC, and more. He started his career in 2008 as a corporate HR in Bajaj Capital before joining AU Financiers India as head HR.
Tripathi’s experience also includes six years as zonal head of HR at Mahindra Finance and a stint as the head of talent management and development at Bajaj Finserv. He has also served as CHRO for SBFC Finance for over two years and held the roles of CHRO and head of customer service in the same organisation.
Tripathi’s education includes a degree in Human Resources Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Harvard Manager Mentor certification in Team Management from Harvard Business School Executive Education. His academic background, coupled with his extensive experience, makes him an excellent fit for his new role at AU Small Finance Bank.
