Vijay TS has moved from CureBay to Redcliffe Labs as chief people officer (CPO).
He brings to the table over two decades of experience, having begun his professional journey way back in 1998, as HR and admin executive at Hyundai Motor India. He spent over seven years there as HR and admin representative for the marketing and sales division.
He moved to Birlasoft as manager-HR in January of 2005. Over a year into this role, he was promoted to senior manager and HR head-Americas. This role saw him relocating from New Delhi to New Jersey for three years. He was back in New Delhi in 2009 as senior manager and HR head-academy. By April of 2010 he had reached the position of deputy general manager and HR head-APAC. For the next almost three years, he led employee relations, legal, compliance, performance management and appraisal, training and career counselling, as well as HR integration in acquisition.
After over eight years with Birlasoft, Vijay TS joined DuPont as HR leader and director-DuPont Services Centre India. He was part of the global organisation design team to create a new customer service function and helped incubate the Asia Pacific regional customer service centre in Hyderabad.
October of 2016 was witness to Vijay taking up the role of GCC head/ MD-India at Chegg, the student-first connected learning platform. He spent over seven and a half years there.
Vijay’s next stop was CureBay where he served as chief people officer from August 2024 to April 2026.
In his latest assignment at Redcliffe Labs, Vijay will contribute to the growth of the company as it expands across India. He will be tasked with overseeing talent management, leadership development, people strategy and capability building.
