Experian, the global data and technology company, has elevated Nidhi Arora to the position of country HR head. She has been with the company October 2022 when she joined as human resources director-global innovation centre.
An alumna of University of Mumbai from where she completed an MBA, Nidhi Arora is backed by over two decades of experience, having begun as an HR generalist in 2001. Almost five years later, she joined Oracle as HR manager in April of 2006.
Her next stop was NCR Corporation where she served as HR business partner-APAC for over five and a half years. During this tenure, she established a new R&D facility in Pondicherry and also set up Hyderabad as the software development centre for the emerging market region.
December of 2012 saw her taking up the role of deputy director-HR at S&P Global. Over three years into this role, she was promoted to HR head-India. As the country HR leader, she was responsible for providing strategic support to the India business spread across Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Gurgaon.
In August of 2020, Arora joined HSBC as head of HR, based out of Hyderabad.
It was in October of 2022 that her association with Experian began, as human resources director-global innovation centre. Within seven months she had been promoted to head of HR, in April of 2023, contributing to the company’s growth in terms of talent development, strategy, HR processes, efficient performance management and employee engagement.
Now in her elevated role, she will continue to draw from her extensive experience driving enterprise transformation and building future-ready talent.
Her ability to influence global stakeholders, standardise people practices across geographies and establish a high-performing organisation will continue to be an asset to Experian.
