    Pankaj Pradeep joins Dhanuka Agritech as CHRO & VP-HR

    Pradeep moves from Fiat India Automobiles where he spent almost 15 years

    After a successful stint with Fiat India Automobiles, which lasted over 14 years, Pankaj Pradeep has joined Dhanuka Agritech as chief human resources officer (CHRO) and vice president-human resources. In this role, he will be partnering with Dhanuka’s leadership team to drive the goal of transforming India through agriculture with new-age crop protection and other advanced agritech initiatives.

    A postgraduate from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University with a specialization in HR, Pradeep began his professional journey with Jay Bharat Maruti as human resource executive in 1996. After almost three years in this role, he moved to Motherson Sumi Systems as senior executive (HRM) for four years. In 2003, he joined Mindarika as leader (HR & TQM). From 2004 to 2005, he was senior manager (HR) and factory manager, at Denso India, based out of Noida.

    From 2005 to 2009, he was played head-HR and factory manager, Federal Mogul (Champion and Sintered), working out of Rajasthan.

    It was in November 2009 that he joined Fiat India Automobiles for the longest stint of his career. He started off as DGM-head-human resources and was elevated within two and a half years to the role of GM-head-human resources, WCM-people development pillar leader, PWT division. Within the next six and a half years, he received two more promotions and reached the position of AVP-head human resources, handling strategic human resources leadership, succession planning, HR strategy, leadership development. From February 2022 to July 2024, he served as the AP-head human resources and chief ethics and compliance officer.

    HRKatha wishes Pankaj Pradeep all the best for his new role at Dhanuka Agritech, a company that has been providing the Indian agriculture sector with crop-protection solutions, including herbicides, fungicides, insecticides and plant-growth regulators.
