Abhimanyu Singh is the new chief business officer at Nukleus Office Solutions, the provider of co-working and managed office spaces. He has moved from Incuspaze where he was director, acquisition and growth.

An alumnus of IBS Hyderabad, Abhimanyu Singh began his professional journey as manager at JLL in February of 2006. Three and a half years later, he moved to CBRE as senior manager. Just over a year later, he co-founded SA7 Ventures, in September of 2010. The next nine odd years were devoted to this venture before Singh was roped in for the role of president-strategic partnership at Technica Fibertech in April of 2020.

Singh’s next stop was AltF Coworking in February of 2022. There, he headed expansion and partnership for over a year before being promoted to director-expansion and partnership in April of 2023.

He joined Incuspaze in August of 2025.

Now, in his latest assignment at Nukleus, Abhimanyu Singh will be tasked with spearheading the company’s business development, technology enhancement, sales, and acquisition functions. He will focus on driving growth and strengthening Nukleus’ position in the commercial real-estate and workspace-solutions sector. He will also lead strategic acquisitions, deepening client relationships, infusing technology-driven products and delivering value-driven, scalable solutions across markets.

Singh is “excited to join Nukleus Office Solutions at a time when the demand for innovative workspace solutions is rapidly evolving”. He is also keen to begin focussing on “accelerating growth through strategic acquisitions, strengthening client relationships, and delivering technology- and value-driven solutions that align with the future of work.”
