    Anju Parvathy elevated to SVP, head of workforce strategy, Avtar – Leaders in Workplace Culture & Inclusion

    Anju G Parvathy has been elevated to senior vice president, head of workforce strategy at Avtar – Leaders in Workplace Culture & Inclusion. Her association with the business consulting and services company is almost 13 years old. She had joined way back in 2013, as a research consultant. Less than two years into this role she was elevated to lead-research and analytics. Three years later, another promotion made her senior manager-research and analytics. December of 2019 saw her being elevated to assistant vice president-research and solutions at Avtar. Since 2023 she has been serving as vice president-research and solutions at the Indian diversity advocate and workplace inclusion firm.

    Before joining Avtar, Anju G Parvathy had served Infosys as junior research associate for over two and a half years, from 2007 to 2010.

    An alumna of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Anju Parvathy holds a BE in Computer Science.

    With this latest promotion, Anju Parvathy will now be tasked with leading the workforce strategy initiatives, adding strength to research-led insights and advisory solutions that help organisations create inclusive, equitable, and future-ready workplaces, with an emphasis on DEI and women’s workforce participation.

    In her social-media post, Parvathy expresses her gratitude “for this opportunity to influence, inspire and include!”.
